REQUIREMENTS

With stores nationwide, Absolute Brands runs various and offers for its customers. In addition to customer feedback, the company aims to gather data to evaluate the effectiveness of these promotions.

Currently, while customer experiences are recorded in a feedback register, compiling and analyzing this data for customer satisfaction poses a challenge. Furthermore, numerous physical registers are used to track courier deliveries, electricity readings, lost and found items, damaged, and staff purchases, making retrieval and usage difficult.

Customer information, such as walk-ins, trials, and purchases, is collected in Excel sheets, requiring store staff to go to the back office to input data on laptops. This decentralized storage hampers accessibility for analysis and corrective measures. To enhance efficiency, Absolute Brands sought a streamlined process for data capture with rapid implementation.

SOLUTION
